Ways to serve at Elmwood
Children
Help create a loving setting where children learn biblical truth through age-appropriate lessons, crafts, music, play, and personal care. Opportunities include children’s church, junior church, Master Clubs, Good News Club, Vacation Bible School, summer programs, and junior camp.
Teenagers
Help young people know God through Christ, receive steady discipleship, apply Scripture to daily pressures, and learn to make an impact through faith and service.
Music
Serve through Elmwood’s traditional choir, teen and youth choir, handbells, or special music. The church’s music seeks to keep Christ and biblical truth at the center.
Care and hospitality
Support neighbors and the church family through visitation, meals, the food and clothing pantry, church events, and practical help.
Media
Help services and Bible teaching reach people who cannot attend in person through sound, video, and church communications.
Facilities
Care for the buildings and grounds through maintenance, seasonal work, setup, decorating, and other practical tasks.

How do I volunteer?

Can I serve with children or teenagers?
Elmwood wants each generation to help reach the next. Children’s workers support biblical learning in a safe, caring setting. Teen workers help students build conviction, Christian friendship, and habits of faithful service. The church will explain the requirements for these roles before you begin.
Can my children be involved in music?
Yes. Elmwood offers musical opportunities for adults, teenagers, and children, including traditional choir, youth choir, and handbells. Use the form to ask which groups are currently meeting.
