Elmwood Baptist Church believes in the Great Commission given to us by Jesus Christ. We support a number of missionaries at home and abroad. Each missionary we support is doctrinally sound and is sent by a reputable mission board. As stewards of God’s money, we feel it is important that they are thoroughly vetted prior to being submitted to the church for their approval.
How then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard? and how shall they hear without a preacher? And how shall they preach, except they be sent? as it is written, How beautiful are the feet of them that preach the gospel of peace, and bring glad tidings of good things!
