Dear Church Family,

In an attempt to keep our members and guests as safe from Covid-19 as possible, we are going to follow the procedures outlined below as we re-open our church. We have also included the link to a copy of The State of West Virginia Guidelines (See link at bottom of page). We feel our plan meets or exceeds these expectations.

During the September 2021 phase of our re-opening, we will be meeting for Sunday School, Morning and Sunday Evening Worship Services, and Wednesday Bible Study in person.  Our Sunday School is now in full swing with all classes in person.  The start time for our classes is at 10:00 a.m. every Sunday morning.  Our morning Worship will begin at 11:00 a.m. in our sanctuary and Evening Worship at 6:00 p.m. in our sanctuary.  While we are rolling out our many ministries, we still advise to follow the guidelines set forth by our state.  For those who are unable to attend Morning  or Evening Worship Services, we will continue to live stream those services on our website, to our iOS and Android App, to Facebook, to Youtube, and on Boxcast TV via Apple TV, Amazon Fire or Roku devices.

Even though most of our ministries are now back in full swing, we still have some guidelines that we ask that all follow:
  1. If you have tested positive for this virus, please let the pastor or one of the deacons know by phone or email.
  2. If you are experiencing flu-like symptoms during this time, please refrain from attending live services.
  3. If you have been directly exposed to someone who has flu or flu-like symptoms please self quarantine according to the CDC guidelines and refrain from attending our services until that period has expired.
  4. All members and guests attending during the reopening phases are encouraged to wear a face mask if you have not been vaccinated. or have not had COVID-19.  Face masks for pre-school aged children (ages 9 and below) are at the discretion of the accompanying parent.  We DO NOT consistently have facemasks  at the church so please, if you feel it is necessary, provide your own.
  5. We ask that you maintain social distancing as much as possible.  Anytime you cannot social distance from others, please minimize this time.
  6. We encourage you to take your temperature prior to leaving home to make sure you’re not running a fever when you arrive.
  7.  Please, always remember to practice good hand hygiene.
  8. We will now begin receiving an offering in the traditional manner.   Plus, we will continue to offer online giving directly from our website. and app

We believe the safety of you and your family is of utmost importance, and we’re going to do everything we can to make your worship experience as safe as possible.

Please, understand that if you feel uncomfortable attending our live services, please note that we still have our online services.  We would love to have you attend as soon as you are comfortable .  Please know that  if you are uncomfortable, no one will  think badly of you or your family.  It’s up to you to decide. when you feel it is safe to return. to in person services.

We have prayerfully and cautiously worked to return  to past services models and hope to soon reopen our few remaining ministries under less restrictive circumstances.

Please pray for a smooth transition as we work to re-assemble our Church Family.

God Bless
